Chantilly Cream

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large, non-plastic bowl using a whisk or electric mixer.
  2. Stop mixing once it holds it’s shape when whisk is removed but is still a bit soft.
  3. Cover and store in the refrigerator if not using immediately.
