Chantilly Cream
Ingredients
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Combine all ingredients in a large, non-plastic bowl using a whisk or electric mixer.
- Stop mixing once it holds it’s shape when whisk is removed but is still a bit soft.
- Cover and store in the refrigerator if not using immediately.
