Oatmeal Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- Soak milk and eggs for ≈5 minutes.
- Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Slowly add vegetable oil, eggs, and oatmeal mixture making sure not to over mix.
- Cook on preheated, buttered pan as you would typical pancakes.
Serve warm and enjoy!
