Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  1. Soak milk and eggs for ≈5 minutes.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
  3. Slowly add vegetable oil, eggs, and oatmeal mixture making sure not to over mix.
  4. Cook on preheated, buttered pan as you would typical pancakes.

Serve warm and enjoy!
