Broccoli Beef

Ingredients
  • 1 lb steak, cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp ginger, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 cups broccoli, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 10 oz. beef broth
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  1. Mix flour, broth, soy sauce, and sugar in a small bowl until well dissolved.
  2. Use a wok or large skillet to cook the beef until browned (between 2 and 4 minutes).
  3. Slowly add the flour/broth mixture, then chopped broccoli, garlic, and ginger.
  4. Bring to a boil then reduce head and simmer, stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve warm after broth thickens (about 5-10 minutes).
