Cardamom Cake
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 1/2 tsp powdered cardamon
- 3/4 cups milk
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease a 9″ cake pan and lightly flour.
- Add the dry ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Slowly add the butter, egg, and milk and stir until well mixed.
- Pour into the cake pan and place into the oven’s lower rack. Bake for 30 minutes and allow to cool before removing from the pan.
