Mixed Herb Pesto Sauce
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp chopped pine nuts
- 1 tbsp chopped basil
- 1 tbsp chopped oregano
- 3 tbsp shredded arugula
- 3 tbsp chopped chives
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Stock
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
- Pinch of salt
- Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until you get a smooth consistency
- Serve 2 tablespoons to each cup of pasta
