Mixed Herb Pesto Sauce

Ingredients
  • 4 tbsp chopped pine nuts
  • 1 tbsp chopped basil
  • 1 tbsp chopped oregano
  • 3 tbsp shredded arugula
  • 3 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Stock
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and puree until you get a smooth consistency
  2. Serve 2 tablespoons to each cup of pasta
