Fromage Fort

  • 1/2 lb cheese bits
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/3 cup dry white wine
  • Salt and Pepper
  1. Combine cheese, garlic and wine in a food processor and pulse until slightly creamy – no more than 30 seconds. Salt may not be necessary depending on the cheese chosen but do add pepper.

Use immediately or store in refrigerator.
