Garlic and Dill Potatoes
Ingredients
- 8 medium red potatoes, cut to quarters
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chopped dill
- Rinse potatoes to remove excess starch and set in a steamer basket over an inch of boiling water. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes or until tender.
- Mix other ingredients in a small bowl.
- Pour butter and spice mixture over potatoes and toss gently.
