Garlic and Dill Potatoes

  • 8 medium red potatoes, cut to quarters
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped dill
  1. Rinse potatoes to remove excess starch and set in a steamer basket over an inch of boiling water. Cover and steam for about 10 minutes or until tender.
  2. Mix other ingredients in a small bowl.
  3. Pour butter and spice mixture over potatoes and toss gently.
