Rosemary Roasted Pecans

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups pecan halves
  • 2 tsp chopped rosemary
  1. Preheat oven to 375°
  2. Melt butter to a medium skillet over medium heat. Add sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt.
  3. Once butter is melted and ingredients mixed thoroughly, add pecans and stir until well coated.
  4. Spread pecans onto an aluminum covered baking tray in a single layer. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted (10 to 12 minutes).
  5. Mix with the rosemary and transfer to a bowl for serving. Serves best warm.
