Rosemary Roasted Pecans
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 cups pecan halves
- 2 tsp chopped rosemary
- Preheat oven to 375°
- Melt butter to a medium skillet over medium heat. Add sugar, cayenne pepper, and salt.
- Once butter is melted and ingredients mixed thoroughly, add pecans and stir until well coated.
- Spread pecans onto an aluminum covered baking tray in a single layer. Bake, stirring occasionally, until toasted (10 to 12 minutes).
- Mix with the rosemary and transfer to a bowl for serving. Serves best warm.
