Japanese Stir-Fry Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 tsp canola oil
- 1 cup snow peas
- 1/4 cup red onion
- 1/4 cup red bell peppers
- 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers
- 1/2 cup steamed, sliced shiitake mushrooms
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tbsp sliced ginger
- 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
- 1/2 cup Mongolian BBQ Sauce
- Heat a wok until hot and add oil.
- Add vegetable and cook between 30 seconds and 1 minute until vegetables are crisp but still tender.
- Add BBQ sauce and toss until thoroughly coated.
