Japanese Stir-Fry Vegetables

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp canola oil
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1/4 cup red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup yellow bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup steamed, sliced shiitake mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 tbsp sliced ginger
  • 1 cup shredded Napa cabbage
  • 1/2 cup Mongolian BBQ Sauce
  1. Heat a wok until hot and add oil.
  2. Add vegetable and cook between 30 seconds and 1 minute until vegetables are crisp but still tender.
  3. Add BBQ sauce and toss until thoroughly coated.
