Steak and Potato Bites

Ingredients
  • 10-15 oz steak
  • 2 cups red potatoes
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 white onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • Parsley
  1. Cut steak and potatoes into bite-size cubes.
  2. Dice onion and crush the garlic.
  3. Toss steak, potatoes, onion, and garlic with olive oil and butter in a large bowl.
  4. Cook in an iron skillet, covered, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
  5. Garnish with parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve warm.
