Steak and Potato Bites
Ingredients
- 10-15 oz steak
- 2 cups red potatoes
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 white onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- Parsley
- Cut steak and potatoes into bite-size cubes.
- Dice onion and crush the garlic.
- Toss steak, potatoes, onion, and garlic with olive oil and butter in a large bowl.
- Cook in an iron skillet, covered, over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender.
- Garnish with parsley, and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve warm.
