Herbs de Provence
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp thyme
- 4 tbsp marjoram
- 1 tsp savoy
- 1/8 tsp fennel seeds
- 1/8 tsp lavender
- 1/8 tsp rosemary
- 1/8 tsp mint
- 1/8 tsp sage
Mix ingredients together and store alongside with your other spices (traditionally stored in a terracotta jar). It pairs well as a dry marinade with beef and lamb, or atop any number of lighter, finished dishes.
