Korean Ground Beef
Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
- Sliced green onion and sesame for garnish
- Pepper to taste
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet.
- While beef is cooking, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper and ginger. Pour over the cooked ground beef.
- Serve over hot rice and garnish with green onion and sesame seeds.
