Raspberry Jam

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 4 cups raspberries
  1. Heat sugar and raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Stir frequently until mixture is boiling, then reduce heat and continue to stir frequently.
  3. After about 10 – 12 minutes mixture should leave a trail with the spoon once thickened.
  4. Ladle into glass jars and allow to cool before sealing and refrigerating.
