Raspberry Jam
Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- 4 cups raspberries
- Heat sugar and raspberries in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir frequently until mixture is boiling, then reduce heat and continue to stir frequently.
- After about 10 – 12 minutes mixture should leave a trail with the spoon once thickened.
- Ladle into glass jars and allow to cool before sealing and refrigerating.
