Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 3 or 4 Large Potatoes
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1/3 Cup Flour
  • 5 Tablespoons Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
  1. Grease 2-quart casserole dish and preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Slice potatoes and onions thinly.
  3. Arrange potato slices evenly across the casserole dish with some overlapping and onnios occasional scattered throughout. Sprinkle each layer with salt, pepper, and flour. Dot with butter.
  4. Repeat layers until dish is full or no slices remain.
  5. Pour milk over layers, making sure tops pf potatoes are barely covered. Sprinkle with more breadcrumbs and additional butter.
  6. Bake for 45 – 60 minutes.
