Sourdough Pancakes

Ingredients
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup sourdough starter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  1. Whisk flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar together in a large bowl.
  2. Slowly add sourdough starter, milk, vegetable oil, and egg.
  3. Pour batter onto preheated, buttered griddle and cook as you would a typical pancake – only flipping when bubbles on top side do not close.

Serve warm and enjoy!
